In The CW’s Golden Globe nominated comedy series “Jane The Virgin,” Justin Baldoni stars as Rafael, the rich, hotel owner who has an on-again, off-again relationship with Jane (Gina Rodriguez), as well as a baby. His spectacular performance recently garnered earned him a 2015 Imagen Award nomination for “Best Supporting Actor.” Further, the onscreen chemistry between Baldoni’s Rafael and Rodriguez’s Jane garnered them a 2015 and 2016 Teen Choice Award nomination for #ChoiceLipLock. The show itself continues to receive numerous nominations and build visibility and recognition among both fans and critics.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Medford, Oregon, Baldoni grew up wanting to direct.  In 2004, he won guest starring roles on television series such as “The Young and the Restless,” “Charmed” and “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” as well as a series regular role on “Everwood,” that had him starting to think about a life in front of the camera.  At the same time, he was on the path to success as a commercial and music video director. This prompted Baldoni to start his own production company, Wayfarer Entertainment.
